Through prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and relationship-building, you'll help identify new business opportunities and contribute directly to the success of our organization. What You'll Do
Identify and research prospective clients within target markets.
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, networking, and other lead generation efforts.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Maintain accurate prospect and customer information within CRM software.
Track activities, pipeline progress, and lead conversion metrics.
Consistently achieve activity and lead generation goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
