What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you are the engine behind our revenue. You aren't just selling a service; you’re selling a solution to the biggest problem companies face today: finding talent.

  • Hunt & Win: Proactively identify and engage with new business prospects through strategic outreach, networking, and grit.

  • Consultative Selling: Dive deep into client pain points to tailor Jersey Hired’s services to their specific hiring needs.

  • Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of hiring managers, HR directors, and C-suite executives.

  • Pitch Perfection: Lead high-stakes presentations and negotiations to secure exclusive staffing agreements.

  • Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our recruiting team to ensure the "Jersey Hired" promise is delivered on every placement.

Your Professional Toolkit

We need someone who knows how to navigate the local market and isn't afraid of a "no" on the way to a "yes."

Core Requirements:

  • The Track Record: Proven success in B2B sales, specifically within the staffing, HR tech, or professional services industry.

  • Communication: Top-tier verbal and written skills. You should be able to write a "hook" that no CEO can ignore.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to map out a territory and identify high-growth industries before the competition does.

  • CRM Savvy: Experience managing a pipeline in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
