The Role
We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Specialist to help fuel AiDASH's continued growth by opening doors with decision-makers across North American electric utilities. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role built for someone who thrives in high-volume outbound environments, knows how to consistently generate qualified meetings, and is motivated by exceeding goals week after week, and quarter after quarter.
The Demand Generation team has played a critical role in driving more than 75% of AiDASH's rapid growth since inception. We're looking for someone who is ambitious, resilient, and eager to sharpen their craft alongside a high-performing team.

We offer a competitive total cash compensation range for this full-time position, between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and annual performance bonus. In addition, this role is also eligible for equity. We strive to ensure our compensation packages are equitable and aligned with industry standards.
