Are you a driven outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and closing deals?

Aim Transportation Solutions is looking for an ambitious sales professional to grow our customer base throughout the greater Romeoville market. If youve been successful selling contractual B2B solutions, wed love to talk with you.

Transportation experience isnt required. Whether your background is equipment rental, staffing, industrial sales, commercial services, logistics, construction, fleet services, manufacturing, or another consultative B2B sales environment, youll have the opportunity to represent industry-leading solutions backed by a company with more than 100 years of success.

Compensation

• $70,000 - $120,000
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
• Car allowance
• Cell phone allowance
• Mileage reimbursement

What Youll Do

• Develop new B2B business through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and territory management
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through closing
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their fleet and transportation needs
• Present customized solutions including Full-Service Truck Leasing, Fleet Maintenance Programs, Rental Services, and other transportation solutions
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Oversee customer onboarding and build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while expanding your territory

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, consultative sales, business development, or contractual B2B sales
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow customer relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• CRM Experience (preferred)
• Valid drivers license required
