Business Development

  • Identifies and qualifies new leads through research, cold calling, and networking within and outside the KW ecosystem to build a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Meets virtually with clients to conduct needs analysis, presents the KW value proposition, and applies in-depth knowledge to articulate how KW models and systems solve specific candidate pain points.
  • Identifies and cultivates partnerships with external stakeholders, such as strategic partners, vendors, or industry influencers, to drive referrals and brand awareness.

Market Research and Marketing

  • Researches and evaluates industry trends and competitor activities to provide advice and recommendations for strategic marketing adjustments within the assigned region.
  • Executes outbound marketing efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking at industry events to generate new business leads.
  • Applies specialized expertise to assist the team in developing and designing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of various growth tactics and messaging.

Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting

  • Manages data within CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to document interactions, track progress toward goals, and prepares regular reports on sales activity.
  • Analyzes and interprets data from CRM tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track campaign performance, monitor conversion rates, and derive actionable insights for optimization.

  • Provides guidance on cross-functional projects where subject matter expertise is needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Four (4) years of relevant education in business, marketing, or communications and work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Well versed in industry developments, techniques, and trends
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot), mobile sales tools, and office productivity software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for high-stakes, virtual and face-to-face interactions, presentation delivery, and internal team collaboration
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, maintaining a high level of discipline to meet aggressive targets
  • This position is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this role

Preferred Requirements

  • Multilingual
  • Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in the real estate industry

Knowledge
