Overview
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and lead end-to-end commercial execution across specialty chemical markets. This role owns the order-to-cash process, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination to deliver strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth and expand market share across industrial and chemical sectors
- Manage key accounts and full customer lifecycle (prospecting fulfillment retention)
- Own order-to-cash (O2C): quoting, order entry, logistics coordination, invoicing
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to optimize margins
- Partner with supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM/ERP systems
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high service levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Chemistry, or related field
- 5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or commercial/sales operations
- Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial markets preferred
- Strong understanding of pricing, supply chain, and customer lifecycle management
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and data analysis
Preferred
- Specialty chemicals or regulated industry experience
- S&OP or demand planning exposure
- Spanish language skills
