We are a large, well-established physiatry practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across multiple healthcare settings. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help strengthen our market presence, develop strategic partnerships, and support sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who excels at networking, building long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the practice's footprint and patient base.
Serve as a key liaison between healthcare partners and the practice.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and educational events with potential referral partners.
Track and report business development activities, pipeline progress, and growth metrics.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of business development, healthcare sales, physician relations, or related experience.
Experience with branding and creating marketing materials.
Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and provider relationships preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and achieve growth objectives.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
