STM, a provider of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (PSA) is seeking a global Business Development leader.

We need a visionary salesperson who can identify product & market growth opportunities that fit within our value-added manufacturing capabilities.

This position requires you to work independently so that we never lose a key account but simultaneously direct our internal team to create and produce products for new customers, applications and markets.

Oh yeah, we forgot to mention:

• That most of these team members do not report to you
• That you will need to control your budget
• That you will need to maximize product profits
• While doing this on a global stage

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in Business Development.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with project management
• 10-15 years working in the pressure sensitive adhesives industry
• Experience managing a CRM system
