TRG is looking for a Business Development Representative to scale our technical staffing practice. You will be responsible for identifying new client opportunities, owning the sales cycle, and delivering staffing solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES- Full-Cycle Sales: Drive the entire business development process from prospect identification and outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Consultative Partnership: Collaborate with clients to diagnose their technical staffing needs and position TRG as their talent partner.
- Partner with our recruiting team to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality placements.
- Market Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and capture new market opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience specifically within the staffing industry.
- Communication: Exceptional rapport-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and decision-makers.
