Business Development Representative, Workforce Solutions Staffing

Our client is a provider of workforce solutions including AOR, EOR, payroll, and contingent workforce services. They are known for helping organizations scale talent while managing compliance and cost efficiency.

We’re hiring for a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting efforts and generate new pipeline through high-volume outreach.

What you will do:
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage target prospect lists aligned to ICP
  • Generate qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Develop compelling messaging that drives engagement without brand reliance
  • Position workforce solutions including AOR, EOR, payroll, and compliance models
  • Research target accounts, industries, and stakeholders
  • Identify key business triggers like hiring surges and expansion
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with sales leadership


What we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience
  • Proven success generating meetings through cold outreach
  • Experience in staffing or workforce solutions environments
  • Strong communication and prospect engagement skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable with high activity volume and rejection
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
