Director, Technology Risk and Business Continuity United Nations Federal Credit Union
- $150,000 Per Year
Join a high-growth team as a Business Director leading the models and infrastructure for our Arbitration team. This team, established last year as a strategic investment in a high-growth space, currently drives significant marketing value through our logged-in experiences, and is a primary engine for new bookings. Because dozens of internal business lines are constantly competing for the same customer real estate, this role is the ultimate "decision engine." You are responsible for ensuring we make the best possible enterprise-wide calls, maximizing engagement and total value rather than optimizing for a single silo. By owning the final call on who "wins" a placement, you effectively sit at the helm of the P&L for several lines of business.
In this high-visibility role, you will lead collaboration across Data Science, Product, Business, and executive partners totranslate complex technical model performance into business growth. You will own the strategic roadmap for our modeling ecosystem, from initial prototype analysis to full-scale launch. We are only at the beginning stages of our Arbitration optimization journey - As we launch arbitration into new channels, you will lead the design and deployment of innovative models and build the foundational tools that empower our analytics teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape a scaling organization; you will be responsible for growing the team and its infrastructure as our footprint expands, ensuring our "decision engine" remains at the cutting edge of efficiency and value creation
As a Business Director at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You’ll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
