Business Litigation Associate (3-5+ Years)

Base Salary: $165K-$190K + Hours based Bonus for billable over 1860
Seeking a Business Litigation Associate with strong writing skills and (ideally) employment litigation experience. This role offers meaningful case ownership and rare trial exposure - including depositions and 2nd/3rd‑chair opportunities.

Work Model
Primarily in-office.
Hybrid option: 1-2 days per week remote depending on the week and workload.
Some flexibility, but culture leans onsite.
Comp & Benefits:
Base Salary: $165K-$190K
Base billable requirement: 1860 hours
Hours over 1860 to 1920 you get 90% of realized bill rate
Hours over 1920 get 40% of realized bill rate
