Business & Employment Litigation Attorney

Talis Group's client is a well-established, mid-sized law firm known for providing sophisticated legal services while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture. Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Attorney with 2+ years of Business Litigation, Corporate, or Employment Law experience to join their practice and work closely with a highly respected Partner.

Highlighted Duties:

• Handle a variety of Business Litigation, Corporate, and/or Employment Law matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Manage discovery, depositions, negotiations, and court appearances as appropriate.
• Work directly with and support an experienced Partner on sophisticated client matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal service.

Highlighted Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Litigation, Corporate Law, Employment Law, or a combination of these practice areas.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
• Client-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.
