Project Delivery Manager / LoanIQ Trainer

Location: Charlotte, NC – Fully onsite; Irving, TX also considered
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Openings: 2 – Delivery Manager and LoanIQ Trainer

Role Summary

Seeking experienced professionals to support lending capabilities within Wholesale Operations. The role will lead project activities, coordinate enhancements, support operational readiness, and ensure successful delivery of lending-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and track timelines, action items, and issues.
• Manage enhancements and assess their impact on Operations.
• Coordinate procedure updates, demos, training, and communications for enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Requirements

• 5+ years of project or product delivery experience.
• Strong meeting facilitation, project tracking, and issue management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Requirements

• Lending or Operations experience.
• LoanIQ experience, particularly for the LoanIQ Trainer role.
• Experience supporting lending operations, enhancements, or training.
• Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple organizational levels.
