Job Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $35.07hr - $40.07hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a GMP environment.
  • Experience maintaining a Clean Room.
  • Experience working on computers, specifically Microsoft Word.
  • Experience documenting work in computer maintenance systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP Change Process, work orders, and ISO standards.
  • Availability to be on call.
  • Experience in management of repair and improvement projects and managing vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems, and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace.
  • Performs operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment including HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, and Plumbing.
  • Handles move and installation of equipment and or furniture.
  • Documents work accurately within computer maintenance systems.
  • Manages repair and improvement projects and coordinates with vendors.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in hospitals or semiconductor environments.
