Business Finance Analyst
Do you have experience in Financial Analysis and Human Services, and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Business Finance Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by auditing all areas of the finance operations to discover inefficiencies and recommending improvements to the business model.
- Understand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s financial situation
- Design an alternative business process workflow, implement the solutions, and supervise the execution process
- Get feedback/comments on alternative business process and act upon them
- Stay up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field Identify the areas for improvements and business issues
This role combines strategic financial planning with operational business leadership. The focus is on budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, partnership with leadership to drive profitability. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining financial models, conducting various analysis, partnering with various members of management and their team members, and other various ad hoc responsibilities.
You will be part of a State who is a leader in the field of supporting individuals with Intellectual and Development Disabilities and a Company specializing in this along with supports for Seniors and Children. The local Financial Team you will be joining includes Accounts Receivables, Individual Funds and Financial Analysts. Key responsibilities:

Location: must be located in St. Peters/St. Charles, Missouri
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (Hyperion, Oracle), PowerBI and Dayforce
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Econoics
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, corporate finance, accounting
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership and the ability to present and influence senior leadership
