Business Finance Analyst

Do you have experience in Financial Analysis and Human Services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Business Finance Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by:

• Auditing all areas of the finance operations to discover inefficiencies
• Recommending improvements to the business model
• Understanding the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the companys financial situation
• Designing an alternative business process workflow
• Implementing the solutions and supervising the execution process
• Getting feedback and comments on alternative business process and acting upon them
• Staying up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field
• Identifying the areas for improvements and business issues

Qualifications

• Masters Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services field preferred
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
