Job DescriptionBusiness Immigration Analyst position at Fragomen.About the RoleFragomen's Business Immigration Analyst will have an immediate impact on our business and will receive training, development, and long‑term growth opportunities. With a focus on immigration, you will work in a dynamic, challenging environment with a team passionate about immigration. You will provide world‑class client service and use industry‑leading technology solutions to help clients navigate global immigration.How you will make a differenceLearn about various immigration matters and develop knowledge of firm case types and client processes.Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including gathering and reviewing documents, drafting case files, and filing petitions.Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts on case status and general inquiries under the guidance of your supervisor.Meet assigned deadlines that adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and report case progress, status, and escalations to your supervisor.Compile and summarize large quantities of data within case‑management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and the team.Contribute to team and individual productivity goals.Demonstrate flexibility and initiative.Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance (e.g., Data Privacy protocols, Connect usage, team and client protocols).QualificationsBachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer‑facing or client‑service role.A client‑service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands.The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and report escalations to a supervisor.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading documents, drafting fluent prose, and avoiding grammatical mistakes without AI engines.Experience with MS Word and Excel.A desire to contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate effectively.Benefits22 PTO days + federal holidaysMedical, dental, and vision plans + FSA & HSA plans401(k) plan with company matchingCompensationThe salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure, certifications, and applicable laws. Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and market alignment.Reasonable estimate for a hybrid schedule in the local office: $52,000 – $62,000.All offers are contingent upon successful completion of the firm's pre‑employment screening process, which may include identity verification, work authorization confirmation, and a background check where permitted by local regulations.
