T&S provides immigration services for a wide range of clients including Fortune 100 companies.What you'll be doingUnder direct attorney supervision, prepare and file a full range of immigrant and/or nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS applicationsWork directly with clientsDemonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines meeting client SLAsEnter and maintain data in immigration case management systemOrganize and maintain immigration filesWork directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filingMonitor the status of all filed applications and petitionsWhat you needMinimum three (3) years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters.Experience in a high volume practice and Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong computer, organizational and writing skills required as well as superior attention to detail.Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook required.Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization.What's in it for youAn array of health insurance optionsRetirement programs with company matchingFlexible paid time offHybrid work from home arrangementsSummer half day FridaysBonus Pay#J-18808-Ljbffr
