Are you an experienced Business Immigration Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a highly respected immigration practice in Atlanta, supporting corporate clients and foreign nationals through every stage of the employment-based immigration process.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, O-1, and other work visas.

  • Prepare PERM labor certification applications and oversee the labor certification recruitment process.

  • Draft employment-based immigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status applications, and U.S. citizenship applications.

  • Prepare support letters and legal documentation for visa petitions.

  • Communicate directly with corporate clients and foreign nationals throughout the immigration process.

  • Collect, organize, and review supporting evidence and immigration documentation.

  • Conduct case audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Maintain communication with government agencies regarding case status and filings.

  • Research immigration procedures, regulations, and filing requirements.

  • Track deadlines, approvals, expiration dates, and maintain accurate case information within the firm's immigration management system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of business immigration experience.

  • Experience handling:

  • Employment-based nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-1/E-2, O-1, and similar classifications)

  • PERM labor certifications

  • Employment-based immigrant visa petitions

  • Adjustment of Status applications

  • Consular processing

  • U.S. citizenship applications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience using immigration case management/tracking software.

Schedule

  • Hybrid work environment (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

  • Monday-Friday, full-time schedule
