Business Implementation SME (Physical & Financial Flow â Life Sciences)
Location: USA (East Coast preferred â ideally near Tampa, FL)
Contract Type: Temporary (initial 3â6 months, with strong potential to extend)

About the Role
This role is ideal for professionals who can operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring readiness, quality, and adoption throughout each stage of implementation.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather and translate business requirements into clear, testable functional specifications.
· Work closely with business and IT teams to validate and optimise end-to-end process flows.
· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) â from preparation and execution to sign-off.
· Lead or assist with change management and training activities to ensure a smooth transition at go-live.
· Coordinate project deliverables, track progress, and manage stakeholder communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 5â10 yearsâ experience in business implementation, functional consulting, or ERP transformation (SAP preferred).
· Minimum 3 yearsâ experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP in a functional capacity.
· Strong understanding of physical and financial flows, particularly within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries.
· Hands-on experience with UAT, training, or change management.
· Strong documentation skills and familiarity with tools such as Jira.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Prior experience with Capgemini or other global consultancies is an advantage.
Contract Details
· Initial term: 3â6 months.
· Potential for long-term extension depending on project success and client engagement.
· Candidates must be based in the USA.
· East Coast preferred, ideally within driving distance of Tampa, FL.
