Support the HEM-to-RRDW migration initiative with primary responsibility for test planning, test execution, defect management, and validation of migrated reports and data. The role will also assist with business analysis activities, requirements gathering, report specification documentation, stakeholder coordination, and other migration-related deliverables to ensure a successful transition from legacy platforms.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 8+ years of SQL coding (SQL server, Oracle)
2.) Executing and creating test cases, test plans
3.) Banking or financial institution experience
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
3.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) knowledge of retail lending data - mortgages, home equity, unsecured lending, credit cards, auto finance
