Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ

Onsite Flexibility: Remote

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 16 months (with potential for extension, based on business needs and performance)
  • Pay Rate: $55.00 $60.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, core business hours 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
  • Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary

This Business Information Management Specialist role sits within an 8-person collaborative team focused on data quality and lineage for allowance processes, with a specific focus on audit response. The contractor will have access to customer data and will interact primarily with internal stakeholders. Approximately 20% of the day is spent in meetings, with the remainder dedicated to hands-on deliverables. The role offers an opportunity for long-term engagement, networking, and exposure to TD's collaborative work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data quality and lineage initiatives for allowance processes as part of ongoing audit response activities
  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities aligned to deliverables and timelines
  • Collaborate within an 8-person team in a fully remote environment
  • Interface with internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Handle access to and analysis of customer data in compliance with applicable standards
  • Complete TD onboarding, apply existing knowledge, and hit the ground running

Required Skills

  • Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience in data quality, data lineage, and data warehousing (Oracle)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail; self-starter and adaptable

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of banking systems, lending organizations, retail and commercial banking, etc.
  • Previous experience working remotely

Required Experience

  • 5 years of overall experience

Education Requirements

  • Post-secondary education is an asset
