We're looking for a Business Insights Analyst who can transform data into meaningful business intelligence that helps drive informed decision-making across the organization. As a trusted intelligence partner, the Analyst partners closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and REInsurePro to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provides actionable insights that support growth, profitability, and operational excellence. How You'll Make an Impact - Deliver Actionable Business Insights: analyze data from existing dashboards, reports, and data sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers; translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions
- Support Sales, Marketing & REInsurePro performance: partner with business leaders to evaluate sales, marketing, customer, and operational performance; analyze CRM and business data to uncover opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved results; provide insights on pipeline activity, customer trends, campaign effectiveness, and key business initiatives.
- Act as trusted insights partner across NREIG: build strong partnerships with stakeholders; work closely with CDAO to understand business needs and analytical priorities; present findings in a clear, concise manner; promote data-driven decision making by helping leaders understand what the data is telling them.

Skills & Experience - Experience reviewing, interpreting, and validating business reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills, experience working with CRM data, and ability to analyze and interpret business performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful business insights through storytelling.
- Strong business acumen with a foundational understanding of sales, marketing and business performance metrics.
- Four-year degree in business, marketing, analytics or statistics or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in insights analysis in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with surplus lines strongly preferred
