This position requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in Marketing.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing and an interest in teaching and supporting students. A minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience at the secondary and/or post-secondary level is preferred, along with experience teaching marketing courses.
Professional experience in marketing or a related business field is also highly valued. Experience using a learning management system, such as D2L, and teaching in online or hybrid formats is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with the ability to stay organized, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing technology and instructional needs. A commitment to student success and ongoing professional development is expected.
