Seeking a Data Analytics / Business Intelligence professional (35 years experience) to design and maintain position level change tracking and analytics across HR and finance data
Role focuses on translating complex position lifecycle events (creation, elimination, modification, replacement, overlap, etc) into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards for analysis and decision making
Ideal candidate is comfortable working with messy, event driven data from multiple source systems and partnering with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholdersA
