Business Intelligence Analyst I

Location: This position requires that you be located in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Florida

Schedule: Full-Time, Remote

Position Summary

Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to support data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will help transform data into meaningful insights that support clinical and operational decision-making while collaborating with stakeholders across the health system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and clinical operations.
  • Assist with performance measurement, reporting, and information dissemination.
  • Identify and resolve data and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Present data in a clear and user-friendly format for a variety of audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of data analysis and reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: Minimum 27.51/hour - Maximum 48.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
