Key Responsibilities:- Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Gathering and translating business requirements into effective data visualizations that meet stakeholder needs.
- Developing and optimizing data models, measures, and calculations using DAX for accurate and efficient reporting.
- Connecting Power BI to multiple data sources, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommending effective visualization solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving dashboard performance and data issues to maintain reliability.
- Following BI development standards and best practices for dashboard design and governance.
- Supporting enhancements and ongoing maintenance of existing Power BI solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
- Experience connecting Power BI to SQL databases, cloud data sources, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Power Query (M) and ETL concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
- Prior experience in Agile project environments.
- Microsoft Power BI certifications.
