SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE


We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, including competitors and industry trends. They will also create and manage data warehouses, generate reports and dashboards, and work with business stakeholders to optimize business insight tools and systems. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to support business decisions.
  • Create, manage, and maintain data warehouses and databases for efficient storage and retrieval of data.
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards that clearly summarize and visualize data findings for stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to help guide business strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the organization's goals and performance.
  • Create and manage predictive models to forecast future trends and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and optimize business intelligence (BI) tools and systems to ensure efficient and effective data usage across the organization.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business management, supply chain, statistics, computer science, or information technology.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable way.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar tools to manage data processing and analysis.
  • Previous experience with BI tools and systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain functions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
