We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support our Business Intelligence (BI) organization. This role will help a team of BI Developers effectively prioritize, coordinate, and help developers deliver analytics and reporting initiatives across the organization. The TPM will manage technical projects, oversee request intake and prioritization, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and functional reviews, and develop executive-ready presentations. This role will also serve as a key connection between the BI team and its stakeholders, bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to the team's work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run the BI request intake and prioritization process - clarifying requirements and business value with stakeholders, maintaining the backlog, and making sure the team is working on what matters most to the business.
Manage multiple BI initiatives from intake through delivery, holding timelines, dependencies, and risks so developers can stay focused on building rather than coordinating.
Coordinate QBRs and functional reviews for the BI organization, including content, metrics, and executive-ready presentations that translate technical work into business impact.
Build and run UAT plans with BI Developers and business stakeholders, tracking feedback and defects through resolution so releases land cleanly the first time.
Maintain the operating rhythm for the team - planning sessions, backlog and project reviews, status reporting - and recommend improvements to BI workflows, demand management, and documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING
Fluency running technical programs with several moving parts at once - holding competing priorities, surfacing risks early, and keeping dependencies from becoming surprises - using tools like Jira or Asana to keep it all visible.
Good judgment in a prioritization conversation: sequencing trade-offs, pushing back when the queue is full, and getting stakeholders to agree on what "most important" actually means.
Working knowledge of BI and analytics concepts, tools, and development processes, including hands-on experience coordinating UAT between technical and business teams.
The communication skills to make complex technical work legible and compelling to non-technical and executive audiences, in both live reviews and written presentations.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
