Akkodis is seeking a Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Senior Analyst/Lead for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will design and deliver advanced analytics solutions while translating complex audit requirements into actionable insights and ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance.
Rate Range: $64/Hour to $68/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Senior Analyst/Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Design and deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to support audit, risk identification, and business insights.
Translate complex audit requirements into actionable data analysis and scalable BI solutions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and visualizations using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance through validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Collaborate with audit teams and stakeholders while managing analytics projects using Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in data science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
5-7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or audit analytics roles.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) with experience building scalable analytics, dashboards, and data pipelines.
Solid understanding of audit frameworks (SOX/ITGC), data governance, and ability to deliver compliant, audit-ready analytics with strong attention to data quality and validation.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
