Business Intelligence (BI) Lead
Location : Plano, TX (WFH)
Own end-to-end Business Intelligence dashboards and insights for Brightspeed Digital, supporting
governance, executive reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as single point of contact for BI reporting and insights for Brightspeed Digital
• Design and manage executive dashboards, MBR/QBR and leadership reporting
• Enable standardized governance and performance metrics
• Integrate data from delivery systems ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Provide actionable insights on trends, risks, and productivity
Mandatory Skills
• Power BI (Dashboarding, DAX, Data Modeling)
• Strong SQL skills
• Data modeling and KPI frameworks
• Executive communication and stakeholder management
Good to Have
• Looker or Tableau
• ETL / Data pipeline exposure
• Jira / Confluence reporting familiarity
• Telecom domain exposure
Experience
• 10+ years of experience in BI / Analytics / Data roles
