Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday Rate of Pay: This is a Full-Time Support Staff position at grade 215, with an annual salary range of $73,983 to $98,644.
The salary offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Developer transforms institutional data into actionable insights that drive strategic planning, operational efficiency, and student success.
This role designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards and visualizations (currently using Tableau), automates reporting processes, and ensures data accuracy and integrity.
The BI Developer works closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, create user-friendly reporting solutions, and promote a culture of data-informed decision-making.
Additional responsibilities include building data pipelines, streamlining reporting workflows, and providing training and support to enhance data literacy across the college.
