Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Experience using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
Experience designing and building data structures, data pipelines, data marts, or data warehouses.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA, Master"s degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.
Experience supporting data-driven sales operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Proficiency in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining techniques.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be instrumental in managing data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will design, develop, and implement robust BI solutions that provide actionable insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing efficient data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. Your ability to transform complex data into compelling visualizations will be crucial in helping stakeholders understand the business impact of their decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that support our growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building KPI frameworks that effectively track business and measure the success of key business strategies.
Develop data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting investigative models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
Transform raw data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.
Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, data and insights to manage the growth of the business.
