Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - Key skills; skills: Tableau or Looker, BigQuery, Python
- Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to support financial reporting and analysis for the Finance department and other stakeholders.
- Analyze internal data to identify opportunities for data products and create reporting solutions to meet business needs.
- Drive the run-and-operate transformation initiative by providing an in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and customer trends.
- Anticipate future business needs and build scalable solutions that address current and future data requirements.
- Interpret complex business requests and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on reports and data visualizations.
- Lead and execute reporting process automation using Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Looker, Knime, Alteryx, Google Workspace apps, Teradata, and BigQuery.
- Establish and share best practices for building reports, dashboards, and visualizations, promoting a culture of self-service analytics with appropriate guardrails.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand their needs and create data automation and visualization solutions using a single source of truth.
- Provide requirements to the data products team and translate cross-functional business requirements into data product requirements.
- Stay current on industry trends and techniques to envision and implement innovative business intelligence solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to identify and address reporting requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and methodology.
- Collaborate with teams to establish clear goals and KPIs, execute tasks, and meet project deadlines.
