Job Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Analyze complex data sets, develop statistical models, and build interactive dashboards and reports to surface trends, identify risks, and surface opportunities for process optimization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, utilize data warehousing technologies, and apply scripting languages like Python to automate processes and analyze data.
  • Deliver actionable insights to business and product teams, providing training on self-service reporting tools to democratize data across the organization.
  • Research and identify opportunities for innovation in data analysis and BI solutions, leading to improved operational performance and key business decisions.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
  • Alternate Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 1 year of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
  • Experience must include 1 year with:
    • SQL, data warehousing concepts, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AWS QuickSight);
    • Ability to analyze, interpret, and model complex data, including experience with statistical analysis;
    • Scripting languages like Python for automation and data manipulation;
    • Data normalization and dataset modeling in large data warehouse environments; and
    • Analyzing retail/e-commerce or clickstream data, and Python.

The base salary range for this role is$148,000 to $180,500 per year.

 

 

  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
