Job Summary:
This role involves analyzing large datasets to evaluate program feature performance and customer behavior, designing and maintaining metrics and reports, and collaborating with business leaders. The engineer will use advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and support strategic planning. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze program feature performance and customer response metrics.
2. Design, build, and maintain key performance indicator dashboards.
3. Conduct deep dives into unusual data patterns and perform exploratory analysis.
4. Employ data mining and segmentation techniques to understand customer trends.
5. Partner with stakeholders on strategic and tactical planning through data insights.

Must-Have Skills:
1. Experience with large-scale complex datasets.
2. Strong analytical mindset and ability to create analytical plans.
3. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.

Industry Experience:
Experience in finance or the advertising sales industry is preferred.
