At Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz, we're looking for a Business Intelligence Expert / AI Engineer who combines technical excellence with business curiosity to help transform our dealership through automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities Include:

• Build automated data pipelines that extract and organize information from Tekion DMS and CRM
• Design dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable business insights
• Identify hidden sales, finance, service, and customer retention opportunities through advanced analytics
• Develop machine learning models that predict customer buying, trade-in, lease maturity, and service behavior
• Build customer segmentation models using AI and predictive analytics
• Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) to identify sales opportunities within service records
• Design intelligent marketing automation workflows for targeted Email and SMS campaigns through Tekion CRM
• Collaborate with dealership leadership to improve operational efficiency through automation
• Maintain secure, accurate, and scalable data infrastructure
• Continuously identify new ways AI can improve dealership performance and profitability

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or Business Intelligence professional
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R
• Strong SQL and database management experience
• Experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Bloomington, MN
• Highly Preferred: Experience with Tekion DMS and Tekion CRM

Compensation & Opportunity

• Full-time position
• $135,000–$175,000 annual base salary
