Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise reporting modernization initiatives across HR and Financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, Databricks, SQL, and enterprise reporting solutions.
5+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
Strong experience with Power BI Report Builder and paginated reporting.
Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, CTEs, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Medallion Architecture, DLT pipelines, cluster management, and PySpark.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, report validation, and data reconciliation.
Knowledge of Tableau, cloud analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting environments.
Experience supporting report conversion, modernization projects, UAT, and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least one active certification preferred:
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate
Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
