As BI Specialist you will be a strategic partner who collaborates closely with business stakeholders to uncover the true story behind the data. 
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles, with strong skills in data visualization, report development, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a Data Warehouse and developing ETL processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts to multiple audiences including non-technical stakeholders, business leaders and users.
  • A passion for learning, including exploring emerging technologies like Machine Learning and AI.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of analysis projects from start to finish, while maintaining a strong collaborative approach.
What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with users to deeply understand their business needs, going beyond the surface to grasp the underlying challenges and goals.
  • Consult on the best analytical approaches, recommending the most effective reports, dashboards, or data visualizations based on your insights and understanding of the business context.
  • Independently analyze data to answer business questions, using analytical tools to explore, generate insights, and consult with the business based on findings.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau and SSRS, transforming complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that directly address business objectives.
  • Maintain the Data Warehouse, ensuring data integrity, optimizing data structures, and supporting ongoing data needs.
  • Document your work, keeping comprehensive records of codebases, processes, and changes to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance data analysis and predictive capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams, ensuring that data solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
