JOB OVERVIEW:
Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a multitalented intern with a team-oriented mindset to provide cross-functional support throughout the organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem solving, and managing a variety of projects and day-to-day operational tasks, this is your chance to make an impact from day one. In this role, you'll provide meaningful support to various teams such as Human Resources, Consumer Advocacy, Commercial Marketing, and more.
This is a full-time internship based out of Sacramento, CA for the duration of the summer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide operational and administrative support across multiple teams such as Talent, Learning C OD, Marketing, Ecommerce, Consumer Relations, to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Respond to consumer inquiries while maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Support packaging refresh project and initiatives through tracking and execution assistance
- Provide on-site coordination support for meetings, training, and development sessions, including material preparation and day-of execution
- Support talent recruiting initiatives through candidate research and sourcing activities
- Assist with records management, file organization, and documentation cleanup projects across the enterprise
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive company and employee information
- Contribute to special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A recent graduate, or college sophomore, junior, senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Must be available for program duration, or a minimum of 10 weeks (June -
September)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Must be able to work in office/desk environment for extended periods
