A premier AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Boston office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public and private companies, financial institutions, boards of directors, executives, and investors in sophisticated business disputes, internal investigations, and high-stakes litigation.
• 5–7 years of complex commercial litigation experience gained at a national or international law firm
• Experience handling complex business disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, business torts, and other high-value commercial litigation
• Experience with white collar matters, government investigations, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters is strongly preferred
• Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, expert coordination, mediation, trial preparation, and appeals
• Experience leading case teams, mentoring junior associates, and coordinating with legal support professionals
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated litigation matters while maintaining significant client interaction
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Massachusetts bar admission required or ability to become admitted
