• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
• Provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client's needs
• Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to build strong cases
• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Strong interest in business litigation or prior litigation experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical advice
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with international clients
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus

• Salary: $140,000 - $250,000 (DOE)
