What You’ll Do:
Provide legal counsel to business clients across a variety of industries
Handle commercial litigation matters in State and Federal courts
Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and more with precision
Conduct in-depth legal research using tools like Westlaw
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop effective strategies
Stay current on relevant legal developments and communicate updates to clients
What You Bring:
5+ years plus of experience in business law and commercial litigation
A portable book of business preferred
Admission to the Florida Bar
Strong drafting, litigation, and research skills
Ability to manage multiple matters with confidence and professionalism
Exceptional client communication and courtroom skills
