The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience , although attorneys with at least 2 years of high-caliber litigation work will be considered if they show exceptional promise.This opportunity is tailored for a driven attorney eager to grow into a non-equity partnership , with potential for equity partnership based on business development.
