Trial lawyers specializing in business, transportation, construction, products and professional liability litigation. We defend product manufacturers and transportation companies (public entities and private contractors), as well as prosecute and defend business litigation disputes.

Job Details

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of litigation experience
  • Active license to practice law in the state of California
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Strong legal research skills and proficiency in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and contracts
  • Experience with litigation, legal analysis, and interpretation of laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Westlaw and Harvey AI is a plus
