Position Overview: They are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and hands-on experience managing all phases of litigation. This attorney will play a key role in handling complex disputes and providing counsel to business clients.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in AZ ( Also TX, CO, CA would be preferred)
2-7 years of Business Litigation experience as a practicing attorney
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
