The business litigation practice includes significant work relating to franchise disputes, partnership/shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and general high‑stakes commercial litigation. The position is hybrid (part in office, part work from home) and may involve arbitrations and trials nationwide, so some travel is expected.
