Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
A bit about us:
Our client is a nationally recognized plaintiffs' litigation firm with a multi-state footprint, including offices on the East and West Coasts. The firm has built its reputation representing institutional and individual investors in high-stakes securities fraud, corporate governance, shareholder derivative, and consumer class action matters brought in courts across the country.
Over the years, the firm's attorneys have secured hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries for their clients and have driven meaningful corporate governance reforms as a result of their litigation efforts. This is a firm built around a small team of seasoned litigators who take an aggressive, detail-oriented approach to complex financial and corporate disputes.
Why join us?
This is an opportunity to do sophisticated, high-impact plaintiffs' side litigation work at a firm that punches well above its size. Attorneys here are trusted with meaningful responsibility early, working directly with firm leadership and senior litigators rather than being buried in a large associate class. The caseload centers on complex securities and corporate governance matters, meaning the work is intellectually demanding and rarely routine. The firm values strong legal writing, sharp analytical thinking, and a genuine commitment to advocating for investors and consumers.
For an attorney who wants substantive courtroom and briefing experience, direct client and case exposure, and the chance to contribute to precedent-setting corporate litigation, this is a strong platform to build a career.
