Business Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal for a position with a well-established global law firm in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal who enjoys working on sophisticated business litigation matters. Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of business litigation from case inception through trial and post-trial proceedings

• Manage case files, document databases, and litigation materials in both electronic and physical formats

• Coordinate document review, productions, and eDiscovery processes

• Review and summarize documents, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials

• Conduct legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw, Lexis, and other research resources

• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation-related documents

• Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with federal and state court rules

• Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness materials, and other trial support documents

• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed

• Support post-trial motions, appeals, and related litigation activities

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 3 years of business litigation paralegal experience

• Experience managing litigation matters through trial and post-trial phases

• eDiscovery experience

• Proficiency with Westlaw and Lexis legal research platforms

• Experience with document management systems and litigation support software

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree

• Paralegal certificate

• Trial preparation and courtroom support experience

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
